He passed on his passion to his son, Michel who developed the estate by extending the vineyards and adding the current premises in Tain L'Hermitage. In 1994 his son, Samuel Ferraton took over and has continued the family's art of wine-making, preserving the knowledge and learning that have been handed down to him. 100% Syrah and partly matured in oak barrels (30%) for 12 months, this wine is an intense cherry-red colour with aromas of small red fruits and blackcurrants. On the palate it is well rounded as the red fruits character of cherry, raspberry come to the fore. Available in 37.5 cl Half Bottles.
