Vallona plan is taking shape, he has about 23 hectares under vine, all cordon trained spur pruned and plants at 5000 to 6000 vines per hectare. This straw yellow coloured wine with delicate a green reflection is a blend of 85% Pignoletto and 15% Riesling. The intriguing peach and apricot nose is echoed in the mouth where the fruit components develop in harmony with a sharply defined tanginess.
