This wine has aromas of juicy summer berries, spice, toasty oak and vanilla, which carries through in the flavour of the wine. Selected vineyards from our growers were used for both the Shiraz and Cabernet component. Shiraz was harvested the last week in February and Cabernet in mid March and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Both wines underwent malolactic fermentation in 300-litre French oak barrels and aged in barrels for 12 months. (6 x 75 cl)

The earthiness and dark cherry of this wine is complemented by the lively plum fruit underlined with the cloves and herbaceousness. Finishing with velvety tannins and a cigar box smokiness with a hint of spiciness from maturation in French and American Oak barriques. (12 x 75 cl)
