After 16-18 months in barrell this Pinot Noir is showing a deep red colour with ruby reflections. The nose is intense with kirsch notes evident while this wine is typified by suave tannins and a fine mineral character. A well made wine produced from old vines with highly precise characteristics that are adopted including restricted yields with drastic debudding, cluster thinning if necessary, work on the soil using little or no fertiliser, and vine protection techniques which are friendly to the environment and other plant life.
