Vinification: picked ripe to obtain maximum flavour complexity, this wine was aged 'sur lie' in stainless steel tanks for 3 months. Tasting note: peach and melon flavours followed by a balanced and integrated finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Vinification: cool vinification of the three varieties separately allows expression of each of their qualities. Stainless steel fermentation followed by light filtration ensures fresh and lively style. Tasting note: dry, fresh, crisp and lively blended wine showing ripe citrus type fruits with a pleasing balanced finish. (12 x 75 cl)

An easy-drinking blend from Victoria with soft, ripe red fruit flavours and a backbone of soft tannins to help balance the fruit. (12 x 75 cl)

Vinification: after harvesting the grapes were fermented at 22-25 degrees C whilst it was pumped over twice daily to maximise colour extraction. 45% of the wine was oak-aged to add structure and complexity. Tasting note: ripe berry fruit and spicy pepper flavour are well integrated with the coffee and toasted oak characters. The palate shows long, fine and soft, approachable tannins. (12 x 75 cl)

The wine displays ripe Shiraz fruit on the nose with aromas of Raspberry, Cherry and Earthy spice. The palate is luscious with dark berry fruit, dark chocolate and warm varietal spice characters. This wine is best served slightly chilled, the long dry finish will compliment many foods and all occasions. (12 x 75 cl)
