Description:
A very special unique wine of intense character and complexity. It can be served very slightly chilled but it is preferable to serve this wine at room temperature with food. This Chateau Musar white vintage is a blend of two indigenous grape varieties - Obaideh and Merwah, the Obaideh is as much as 2/3rds of the blend.
Chateau Musar blanc is a blend of the ungrafted Merwah and the Obaideh grape varieties. In the tradition of Chateau Musar, no two vintages are identical, with each allowed to develop its own personality which evolves and matures with age. This vinatge has a mix of lanolin and marzipan on the nose and deep, slightly smoky fruits (12 x 75 cl)
Brilliant, clear pale gold, Very rich bouquet of acacia, almond flowers with vanilla and toasty notes. Palate is fresh and lemony with almonds and woody flavours. Very elegant, rich and full bodied showing many parallels between the nose and palate. A very fine white wine, which is perfect for drinking now, but will age for many, many years. Limited Availability. (12 x 75 cl)
Bright golden straw colour with a nose of almonds, cashew nuts, hot buttery toast, creme brulee and honey. Rich warm toasty honey flavours on the palate together with fragrant herbs and spiced apples result in a very complex rich and mellow wine. Limited Availability. (12 x 75 cl)

Bright, even tawny red browning at rim. Much more austere on the nose than the preceding wines, tangy with underlying oak. Much fuller than the nose suggests, with sweet, creamy, mouthfilling flavours of chestnuts, cedar, coffee and plums. High acidity levels and a long, dry tannic finish make this a candidate for roasted meats. Very good. (12 x 75 cl)
