Founded in 1983 and set in 400 Hectares of vineyards the Principe de Viana Bodegas Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected, then fermentation is carried out in new barrels of American oak, where the wine remains on the lees for three months. The result is a wine of great personality, very structured, fresh and fruity. Intense and complex, with clear wood contributions, it is a balanced and persistent wine with a nice finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Vinification Grapes hand picked from selected plots in September-October. Only free run juice used in a tradtional fermentation with periodic remontage. Maceration lasts for 15-16 days. Individual parcels fermented separatley and blended after malolactic fermentation. Matured in 100% new American and French oak for three years. (6 x 75 cl)
