In Oltrepo they have found a favourable location and the area boasts the best Italian production of these grapes in both quality and quantity. The fruit undergoe a soft pressing and the must is chilled and allowed to rest at a temperature of 10°C (50°F) for 24 hours. Then it undergoes pure fermentation in steel autoclaves, at a controlled temperature, with selected yeast. The wine obtained is then refined in stainless steel tanks and then poured into bottles. Lively straw yellow, delicate scent, fragrant with notes of Golden apple and peach. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, fading to a balanced finish.
