Deutz's own vineyard is rated an exceptional 97% on the vineyard quality grading scale, which gives a core of excellence to its subtle blends. Additionally, Deutz also sources from other fine growers with whom it has dealt for a long time. Champagne Deutz has a delicate gold colour derived from good maturation and vins de reserve while the fragrance, and lingering, classic flavours are the hallmarks of this great Champagne house. Full bright blanc de noirs gold colour with a light, fine, steady mousse. Yeasty and toasty nose shows good maturity and prolonged lees contact. Crisp on the palate but softened by the light mousse. Full bodied, complex and well balanced with a long finish. (12 x 75 cl)
