Description:
A wine produced solely from the Garnacha grape variety. This wine is a blend from three vineyards whose origens go back to the beginning of the 20th Century, with a total quantity of 5.500 vines. Harvest takes place in the fourth week of September. Production is limited to 10.000 bottles. Traditional wine making method undertaken, fermented at 28ºC in temperature controlled stainless steel deposits, followed by a four week maceration period with skin contact. A clear and bright cherry red colour and the aromas are potent, strongly reflecting the grape variety with spicy hints afforded by the ageing in oak casks and the maturing in bottle. On the palate it is smooth, full tasting and well-structured and lingers on.

A young wine produced from the 50% Chardonnay, 45% Macabeo and 5% Moscatel grape varieties. This wine is a blend of selected grapes from vines more than 30 years old and 9 years old . Harvest takes place in the second week of September. The wine is fermented in American oak casks for two months and undergoes additional ageing on the lees in American oak casks for another three months. A wine of pallid yellow colour with steely tones.and aromas of medium aromatic intensity with fruity and floral scents, mixed with aromas coming from the fermentation and the oak ageing, vanilla, nuts and spices. Fresh and smooth palate with a very pleasant aftertaste. (12 x 75 cl)

This wine is a blend of selected grapes from vines more than 30 years old and 20 years old with the harvest taking place from the second week of September. The wine is then aged in American Oak casks for nine months and then matured in bottle. Clean and bright ruby red colour with violet tones. Complex aromas combining matured fruity notes with spicy and balsamic hints from its ageing. Soft and well-structured palate combine with tannins from the oak to give a long lasting aftertaste. Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC followed by a maceration for 15 days, the wine then ages for 9 months in American oak casks, completing its ageing in bottle for at least a further 12 months. Ruby red colour of medium intensity with violet tones, clean and bright. Medium intensity, complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is smooth, full tasting and harmonic from the tannins in the oak, with a pleasing complexity that lingers on. (12 x 75 cl)

Adopting the traditional wine making method the wine is fermented at 28ºC, followed by a 15 day maceration with skin contact. The wine is then aged for fourteen months in American oak barrels followed by at least twenty-four months in its own bottle. A deep, ruby red colour of great clarity and brightness. The aromas are complex, showing a blend of spices and ripe fruit, with a palate full and harmonious, while smooth and lingering. (12 x 75 cl)
