Combining tradition with modern equipment and techniques, San Silvestro have been making and selecting high quality wines in the Cantine San Silvestro for many years. This Ruby-red coloured wine with garnet highlights has a delicate bouquet reminiscent of violets. The Palate is showing ripe fruit flavours of black cherries as well as smoke and tobacco culminating in an enjoyable finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Very fine Piedmontese white wine made from a painstaking vinification of the Cortese varietal grown in the Gavi area.
