Situated on the hill in this commune, and with recent investment in the early nineties, this chateau is now making a classy and terrifically powerful full-fruited claret. The wines' big structure is perfectly balanced with soft, ripe tannins in the finish. (24 x 37.5 cl)
Originally classified as a Cru Bourgeois superieur in 1932 Chateau Beau Site is now part of the negotiant Borie Manoux. Set in almost 100 hectares the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot vines are on average age of 35 years old. Vinified traditionally and then matured in oak casks for 12-15 months, this is a deep red coloured wine. Plenty of ripe forrest fruits are evident throughout this tannic, well structured and complex wine that is complemented by its finish. (12 x 75 cl)
Deep ruby colour. Appealing bouquet of ripe cassis fruit, minerals and spicy oak. Medium bodied with balanced tannins and a good finish. (24 x 37.5 cl)
