Description:
Rich spicy nose, strong hints of raspberry, peppery palate showing notes of black olives.
100% Syrah from the exceptional 'terroirs' that surround the village of La Liviniere, nestled at the foot of the Black Mountains, this wine is a true reflection of these ancient 'parcelles' cut out of the 'garrigue'.
Hand picked in small 'cagettes' to avoid any damage, the bunches are then transported to the winery in a refrigerated lorry where they are hand sorted before fermentation. This red is sealed with a screw cap to ensure all the aromas are maintained and to avoid any risk of cork contamination.
Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Syrah are used in this light pink Rose. Rich, structured and bone dry, the fresh red fruit flavours abound while the mineral character adds complexity. This Rosé is made by ''Saignée'' or ''bleeding-off'' the juice from our very best tanks. We choose the ''cepages'' that will give the characteristics that are required, flavours from the Syrah, complexity and depth from the Grenache and the fruitiness from the Cinsault. The juice is removed after about 12 hours on the skins at 12ºC. This extracts enough flavours and tannins without too much colour. It is the natural weight of the grapes that releases the juice, so, in essence it is ''free run''. The selected juice is then blended in a stainless steel tank for settling and a cold fermentation. Bottling is relatively early, after spending 6 months on the lees. A screw cap is used to protect the aromas and avoid cork contamination. (12 x 75 cl)
After 9 months in oak this wine has an enticing nose, mineral and herbaceous palate, while subtle nuances of oak are evident. Complex, rounded with a long finish, this is a well made wine. This wine is 100% maccabeo comes from 80 year old vines planted in ''schiste''. From the famous Maury area in the far South Eastern corner of the Roussillion, that produces a low yield of exceptional quality grapes that truly reflect this magnificent ''terroir''. Hand picked in small ''cagettes'' to avoid any damage, the bunches are then transported to the winery in a refrigerated lorry where they are hand sorted before pressing. This white is sealed with a screw cap to ensure all the delicate aromas are maintained and to avoid any risk of cork contamination. (12 x 75 cl)

Soft tannins give this medium bodied wine a classic Syrah palate while the subtle oak nuances help to smooth out the long finish. From the Ancient terroirs of the Languedoc, the T'air d'Oc Syrah is hand picked to deliver the very best quality whole berries into the fermentation tank for vinification. The hot dry mediterranean winds encapsulate the perfect ripening environment ensuring fully ripe berries packed full of flavours. (12 x 75 cl)

A blend of 50% Syrah, 40 % Grenache and 10% Cinsault, this wine was aged 9 months in oak. Intense, structured and balanced, yet smooth and elegant, it expresses fully its origins. Chemin de Moscou" is named after the "Nom Cadastral" of the vineyards around our winery in the village of Brugairolles. e road leading to these vineyards is called "Chemin de Moscou", the "Road to Moscow". The local villagers believe the name originated from the place outside the village where meetings were held, under the "L'arbre de Moscou" the "Moscou tree". is tree was used by early aviators as a navigation beacon before G.P.S was invented. The tree, an enormous pine, was struck by lightening and burned to the ground around 20 years ago. The wine is in honour of the "Moscou" heritage of our village. "Chemin de Moscou" comes from our old terraced vineyards which have been cultivated since Roman times. The quality of the grapes guaranteed by our old vines gives us a continuity of exceptional product for vinification. Estate bottled at Domaine Gayda, this cuvée was made from selected barrels.
