This Old Vine Zinfandel is comprised of five unique vineyards from the Dry Creek Valley. The average age of these properties is more than 80 years old, which contribute a special flavour profile. At first swirl, this red displays a spicy, lush black fruit character that leaps from the glass. Fermented 3 weeks 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% barrel fermented it is then aged 3 months in French and American oak. This Flagship Fume Blanc is fragrantly scented with fresh mown grass and grapefruit notes.
