Only produced in exceptional years this Reserve is aged 24 months in American and French oak to produce a wine of sumptuous and complex character.

A deep ruby red coloured wine with aromas of blackberry, cassis and a touch of herbs there is a hint of spice that develops in the glass. Full-bodied with a wonderfully textured mouthfeel there are flavours of blackberry and cassis that abound in this elegantly structured wine. A lingering finish softens nicely with a touch of clove, tobacco and vanilla.

Fermented 3 weeks 85% in stainless steel tanks and 15% barrel fermented it is then aged 3 months in French and American oak. This Flagship Fume Blanc is fragrantly scented with fresh mown grass and grapefruit notes. Clean and fresh on the palate, a blend of lemongrass, citrus and honeysuckle flavours is followed by light oak and a hint of cream and vanilla. (12 x 75 cl)
