Brown Brothers Chenin Blanc Victoria
A delicious fresh and fruity white that is ideal to sip well-chilled on a warm summer's afternoon. It is pale green-gold in colour and has a fragrant bouquet of passionfruit, mango and honeydew melon. These aromas are echoed on the palate which is mouth-filling, ringing with the taste of juicy grapes. Natural grape sugar provides roundness and palate weight. The finish is clean and crisp. Chenin Blanc has its origins in France's picturesque Loire Valley. The variety produces a range of deliciously fruity wines from dry whites to sparkling Methode Champenoise and dessert wines. A delicious partner to proscuitto and melon, mild curry laska or Thai green chicken curry. Alternatively it is wonderful with barbequed salmon and chilli dipping sauce. (12 x 75 cl)
