Appearance :Bright rose pink in colour. Bouquet :Fresh aromas of raspberry jubes and sweet cherries,with underlying green bean aromas. Palate :Lovely soft balance between acid and fruit sweetness give generous support to the many fresh fruit flavours. Cellaring :A wine made to drink whilst young and fresh. Winemaker 's Comments:Free run juice from Cabernet Sauvignon, Ruby Cabernet and Malbec were used to make this delightful pink drop.It's sweetness,acid and flavour combine to make an enjoyable summertime wine. Appearance :Pale lemon in colour. Bouquet :Intense floral aromas combine with lime and lemon citrus characters. Palate :A flavoursome palate displaying the typical floral and citrus characters of riesling.A crisp acid finish with a hint of sweetness makes this a refreshing wine. Suggested Cuisine :A great companion to chicken chow mein,grilled seafood or spring vegetable frittata. Cellaring :This wine is best consumed whilst displaying its fresh fruit flavours,but can also be cellared for up to two years. Winemaking:Selected parcels of fruit were harvested at optimum baumé levels to achieve the floral and citrus fruit characters desired for this fresh,fruit driven style of wine.The riesling from the King Valley was cold settled prior to fermentation to assist in maintaining the fruit characters of the wine.The fruit from each region was fermented separately prior to clarification and blending. This rarely-found grape has been thought to be the same as Petite Syrah. The wine is big and bold, displaying flavours of roasted herbs, spice, liquorice and black cherries. It has firm tannins, lending structure and finish and making it a great food wine. (12 x 75 cl)

Appearance: Intense purple hues Bouquet: On the nose it has generous amounts of spice, ripe rich plum and blackberry fruit supported with toasted coffee bean oak. Palate: This wine is medium bodied with lashings of a spicy plum fruit flavour, complexed with the generous integration of oak and tannin. Winemaker's Comments: Selected Riverina fruit was picked at optimum maturity and blended together to create a medium bodied drinking wine. The higher level of oak seen in this wine is well supported by the richness and varietal changes of the Shiraz. The Shiraz from this vintage was superior to previous years and showed true varietal characters. (12 x 75 cl)

A combination of Cabernet Sauvignon, Ruby Cabernet and Malbec were selected to produce this Rose. Cherry red in colour with bright crimson highlights it has a bouquet of lifted raspberry and rose petals. On the palate luscious sweet fruit are evident while fesh, lively cherry and tropical flavours abound. (12 x 75 cl)

Appearance: Vibrant purple hues. Bouquet: Soft yet intense aromas of spicy berry fruit, with hints of pepper. Palate: Spicy fruit flavours with notes of berry and subtle vanillin oak. A medium bodied wine with fine tannins and a full finish. Winemaker's Comments: Selected parcels of Riverina fruit, picked at optimum maturity and blended together to create a medium bodied drinking wine. This wine is made to be made to be fruit driven with integrated supporting oak and fine tannins. (12 x 75 cl)

Appearance: Pale straw in colour Bouquet: This wine exhibits aromas of peaches combined with tropi-cal pineapple and passionfruit. Palate: Sweet tropical fruit flavours dominate the palate initially followed by peach and very subtle oak flavours leaving this wine with a lingering finish. Winemaker's Comments: Fruit was harvested from selected vineyards from between 12.5 and 13.8 Baume. The juice was fermented then cold stabilised prior to filtration and bottling (12 x 75 cl)
De Bortoli WILLOWGLEN Semillon Chardonnay South Eastern Australia
Pale straw yellow in colour with typical aromas of lemon and straw and peach . Creamy, medium bodied wine supported by vanilla oak, producing complexity and length. The semillon and chardonnay grapes were picked at baumes to enhance the varietal characteristics and then fermented seperately with American oak. After clarification the wine was blended and stabilised prior to final filtration and bottling. Ideally consumed fresh although can be cellered for up to 2 years. An ideal match for light, spicy seafood or chicken dishes such as chilli prawn salad or chicken with lemongrass. (12 x 75 cl)
