Sons Pierre and Louis Boillot (Louis coincidentally being the husband of winemaker Ghislaine Barthod of Chambolle-Musigny) now manage the domaine. There style is powerful and a wine that will cellar and soften, for years. This Pinot Noir has a lovely purple red colour. Refined forrest fruit aromas are evident is this chunky wine with red plum fruit and vivid acidity opening well on the palate with a long finish.
