Vallona plan is taking shape, he has about 23 hectares under vine, all cordon trained spur pruned and plants at 5000 to 6000 vines per hectare. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon red ruby coloured wine has an elegant and generous nose full of fruit and spice. This wine reveals a concentrated, complex palate with superb balance of flavour and an approachability very unusual in such a thorougbred.
