An estate founded by a former Polish vineyard worker of Louis Trapet. Domaine Heresztyn has been one of the consistently fine producers in Gevrey Chambertin. However, as Florence Heresztyn increasingly takes the reins, they have clearly reached another level of quality. The luminous, lacy Chambolle-Musigny, from two lieux-dits and 65-year-old low yielding parcels, could be described as moelleux. (6 x 75 cl)
