Today they cultivate 50 hectares of Sauvignon blanc and Pinot Noir in some of the prime sites of the Loire. Vinification of the wines is undertaken in the traditional method, while the wines reflects directly the vineyard that it comes from. With a clay subsoil, southwestern exposure of the slopes and sauvignon vines over 20 years old, the wine is a pale golden hue with a mineral nose.
