Bright and lively with purple hues. The nose is rich and full ,with gamey, smokey undertones. Tannins are immediately apparent and provide a powerful backbone to this wine which reflects the classic characteristics of a young Bordeaux. The assemblage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot produces a round, full-bodied and well-balanced wine, rich in blackcurrants, plums and other ripe, red berries. (6 x 75 cl)

This blend of Semillon , Sauvignon and Muscadelle has a brilliant pale gold colour, with a slightly greenish hue. The nose opens on attractive white peach and candied lemon aromas with subtler notes of jasmine blossom. A round and fruity attack on the palate lengthens on the more mineral notes typical of the appellation. The long and succulent finish underlines the richness of flavour and elegance of this white Graves.. Mouton Cadet Reserve A.C. Graves 1997 has a beautiful, light-golden colour. The nose is elegant and refined with hints of citrus and fresh fruit, delicate but with the steely freshness so typical of the Graves region, and the subtle vanilla aroma from gentle oak ageing. The palate is rounded and full with crisp yet balancing acidity, giving the flinty character of classic Graves. The wine gently releases complex flavours of dried fruits, almonds, and nuts ending in a vanilla toastiness from the subtle use of oak. The finish is long and well-balanced, and the wine shows all the quality of great white Bordeaux. (12 x 75 cl)

This wine has a rich, velvety, ruby-red colour. On the nose it is intense and complex with notes of blackcurrant and plum, backed by a delicate cedar and capsicum. The palate is immediately powerful with rich blackcurrant and berry fruit combined with well-integrated, cedar-oak flavours. The tannins show the structure of the wine, but they are balanced and ripe and combined with a long finish, they leave an impression of a powerful wine giving all the classic qualities of the Medoc region.
