This blend of Grenache and Syrah has spent Eight months in oak and has produced a deep red coloured wine. Showing ripe fruit flavours the fine, rounded tannins enhanced this well balanced and concentrated wine.

A family property in the Southern Rhone who produce simply stunning wines. The cepage is 50/50 Grenache Mourvedre, a proportion of the harvest is vinified as whole bunches giving intensely fruity flavours to this powerful, unctuous red.

From 30 year old vines this wine is a blend of hand harvested Grenache 65%, Syrah 25%, Carignan 5%, as well as a little mourvedre and cinsault. This has produced a ruby cherry coloured wine with a red fruit nose also showing blackcurrants, blackberries and pepper. The aromas follow through onto the palate as the intense flavours are complemented by the enjoyable finish. (12 x 75 cl)
