Savigny-les-Beaune is a wine-growing commune situated to the North of Beaune. Very stony, clayey, heavy and chalky earth. A lengthy vinification done in wooden vats with pigeage and temperature control. A beautiful, dark-red robe with an elegant bouquet, marked by a dominance of small fruits and vanilla. This wine presents a very fine structure, and is discreetly tannic. A bottle that will keep for 10 years. To be served with light dishes, poultry or even feathered game. Aged in oak barrels (15% new) and bottled after 18 months in barrel.

The vines of Cote de Beaune-Villages are situated in the two Communes of Chorey-Les-Beaune and Pernand-Vergelesses, opposite the Commune of Aloxe-Corton. The soil is clay-chalk and limestone. Lengthy vinification in wooden vats, with pigeage and temperature control. A beautiful ruby colour, with aromas of violets and strawberries. A well-balanced wine with a velvety texture.
