They have attached new importance to old oak barrel ageing making choices entirely by ourselves. Produced in the Sorano vineyard in Serralunga d’Alba with South/South West facing slopes and an altitude which ranges from 280 to 350 m above sea level. The vineyards in the Sorano Estate are planted with Nebbiolo and Dolcetto vines, that produce wines of outstanding richness. This 100% Nebbiolo is hand harvested in mid October and aged 6 months in stainless Steel tanks followed by 28 months in Slavonian oak 60% old, 40% new and a further 10 months in the bottle. Bright garnet red colour this Ascheri has a complex bouquet with a small fruits scent, elegant and with a hint of mint. Full palate, powerful and balanced wine it is harmonious and exceptionally long-lived, a remarkably classy wine, extraordinarily rich and complex that is reflected in the finish. (6 x 75 cl)

This Nebbiolo is a ruby red colour with garnet red nuancesand an elegant bouquet, with velvety violet and pleasant spicy notes.
