The wine is aged for 15 months in new and used French oak barriques, then aged a further 2 months after bottling. This fine deep red coloured Merlot has an intense varietal bouquet and richness of flavour. Complexity develops out of its firm, quiet, supple core while the wine has a velvety and firm palate with ripe tannins imparting smoothness and balance leading to a long finish. (6 x 75 cl)
