The best grapes of Ugni Blanc, Chenin and Colombard varieties have been selected to produce this sparkling wine. Adrien Lacombe Sparkling Brut is elaborated with the Charmat method that consists in a second natural fermentation in tank. Natural yeast and sugar is added to the Cuvee and it ferments for 4 weeks in tank. (12 x 75 cl)
Crisp, light and lively with biscuity fruit and a delicate mousse. Produced in the famous commune of Mont Louis by Paul Boutinot who is a perfectionist when it comes to French wines. After a traditional “Champenoise” fermentation the wine is left on its lees for at least five years in cool, chalk cellars allowing it to develop complexity and structure. (6 x 75 cl)
This pale yellow wine is bright and translucent displaying abundant and subtle bubbles that are extremely fine and long-lasting in the flute. Typical of the Chenin Blanc grape, the cuvee JM wine is aromatic and nicely fruity. It is well made blend with definite liveliness; the slight acidity and its fine fruity aromas complement well.
