Etienne de Montille has been in charge of wine making at his family domaine for some 20 years now but it is only in recent years that he gave up his other job of banking in Paris. Consequently he is now able to devote much more of his time throughout the year to the domaine. With his position at Chateau de Puligny-Montrachet also keeping him busy Etienne doesn't get much free time. However, the effect on quality seems to be a very postive one. (6 x 75 cl)
