Ochoa is a family run business with Javier Ochoa being the winemaker and Alvaro Ochoa the sales director. This bodega has developed wines with great concentration and limited production from the historic winery dating back to the 1800's that is still used for oak maturation today. This wine is a blend of 55% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot and spends between 24 and 28 months in French and American oak. Red cherry colour. Clean and powerful nose. Blackberry aromas, with noble clean oak. Full-bodied, very well structured and a great balance between the fruit and the oak. (12 x 75 cl)
Deep ruby red with a pale rim. Quite intense. The nose is ladened with fruit, raspberry notes from the Tempranillo and cherry from the Garnacha. The palate is deep and complex for such a young wine, but the fruit remains saft and warm. (12 x 75 cl)
Golden yellow. Raisiny, dense, fresh aromas with hints of white flowers and quince. Sweet palate with good structure and fresh acidity, unctuous and persistent. (12 x 50 cl)
