Available in Half bottles, the first vintage of the famous 1988-1989-1990 trology. The extremely favourable meteorological conditions, in particular at the end of the season, gave bunches that were perfectly healthy, exceptionally ripe, with good levels of acidity. The wine is racked just once, before natural clarification during the course of the winter. The following spring, the wine is lightly filtered just before bottling, and the bottles are then aged in our cellars until released for sale. Very intense yellow-gold colour, deep and rich. It has a complex, spicy bouquet of cinnamon, liquorice and roses. Soft, sweet , liqueur-like, very rich and harmonious. (12 x 37.5 cl)

The Riesling JUBILEE comes from the historic HUGEL family estates in the heart of the Grand Cru Schoenenbourg slope. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand and taken in small tubs to the presses, which is filled by gravity, without any pumping or other mechanical intervention. After pressing, the must is decanted for a few hours, then fermented in temperature-controlled barrels or vats . Nice concentration and depth, dominated by pale green reflections, star bright, slowly forming legs of average thickness.
