This fruit forward White Zinfandel opens with bright aromas of strawberry and watermelon. The full, ripe fruit flavours are balanced with a refreshing mouthfeel and a slight crisp, lingering finish. This White Zinfandel has a salmon colour announcing this special wine. (12 x 75 cl)

A deliciously full bodied Cabernet bursting with blackcurrant, plum, dried figs and cassis flavours, framed with lightly toasted oak to lend complexity and finesse (12 x 75 cl)

This lovely straw gold wine has tropical fruit aromas with a hint of citrus. Medium bodied, our Chardonnay is well-balanced and fills the mouth with flavors of fresh pineapple and ripe citrus with a hint of butter and oak on the finish. It is perfect on its own or as a complement to chicken, fish or pasta dishes with a light cream sauce (12 x 75 cl)

The wine exhibits floral and exotic aromas attributed to Viognier. The Chardonnay complements the viognier with a citrus and tropical component and flavours that are juicy and leaner which makes it much more food friendly. (12 x 75 cl)

Most of the Chardonnay fruit selected for this wine was harvested from some of the oldest vineyard blocks in the San Bernabe Vineyard in Southern Monterey County. These twenty-five year old blocks have historically borne fruit of great depth and intensity of flavour. This deep golden Chardonnay showcases the great depth of Monterey and San Bernabe Vineyard fruit flavour. The aroma is of fresh pears, ripe apples, and tropical fruit all wound tightly around an enticing butterscotch core. In the mouth the wine is full-bodied, rich and silky and reminiscent of pineapple, coconut and lemon peel. The long, rich finish is enhanced by hints of spicy oak. (12 x 75 cl)

Delicato Shiraz has a dense purple hue that coats the glass with its intensity and richness. The aroma unfolds with blueberries and plums and finishes with nuances of oak. This is a full-bodied wine with amazing depth and complexity revealed in layers from blueberry to blackberry and leather to earth. The tannins are soft and rounded and dissolve into a lingering plum and spice finish. This wine is ready to drink now, but will continue to evolve and mature in the bottle over the next two years.
