The Lindemans Bin Series wines are made with fruit sourced from key grape growing regions in Australia. This ability of Lindemans to source and blend wines from different regions produces wine of a consistently outstanding quality regardless of varying vintage conditions. Parcels of this wine were matured in a combination of French and American oak and this has produced a deep crimson coloured wine fading to ruby at the rim. A full nose, replete with aromas of cassis and spice develop onto the palate while the finish is supported by soft tannins and natural acidity. (12 x 75 cl)
Two-thirds of blend matured in a mix of used French and American oak barrels. Vibrant, beetroot-purple. Fresh aromas of wild berries, hints of rhubarb with spicy vanilla nuances on a background of smoky oak. Medium-bodied and full-flavoured in style, with wonderful, ripe, berry Cabernet fruits, and hints of rhubarb and vanilla. Soft oak and supporting tannins contribute to the length and persistence of flavour. Rich, flavoursome and well-balanced, the Bin 45 Cabernet Sauvignon is ideal for drinking on release, yet has the weight and structure to develop and become more complex with short-term cellaring. (12 x 75 cl)
This wine is sourced from premium wine regions across south east Australia and good quality and steady ripening fruit with full varietal characters being developed were selected. Once in the winery this wine was matured with the subtle influence of French and American oak. Bright, pale straw with lime highlights this Chardonnay has tropical fruit aromas that greet the nose, melding with delicate notes of citrus and fig. A soft, creamy spice is evident from the subtle oak maturation. A medium to full bodied wine with elegant chardonnay flavours of stone fruit, citrus and honey. The mid-palate is creamy and generous with cedar and spice flavours developing to a finish of good length and juicy acidity. (12 x 75 cl)
