Villa Sparina is a prestigious country residence built in the xviii century. It already boasted vast underground cellars but since the acquisition by the Moccagatta family 30 years ago there has been a careful transformation of the vineyards and the winery. The aim was to maintain a lot of the originality of the architecture of the villa as well as becomming one of the most innovative and prestigious wine producers of the area (6 x 75 cl)

Colour: delicate, straw-yellow with deep green reflections. Bouquet: soft, characteristic aroma with scents of fresh fruit and white flowers. Taste: dry but refreshing, keen and well balanced. Vinification and Refinement: soft pressing and static decanting. Slow alcoholic fermentation under strict temperature control. Ready for bottling following the malolactic fermentation. Area: Alessandria Vine: Cortese Grape. Area of Production: the wine producing area of Gavi extends from the village of Novi Ligure to the lower hills of the Ligurian Appennines. Light straw yellow with greenish hue. Delicate bouquet, rich almost burgundian texture, depth of aroma and length of flavour. The origin of Bersano dates back to the 1920s, when Giuseppe Bersano acquired land and vines from the Count Cremosina in the Asti Area. His son Arturo further developed the company and extended production to most of Piemonte's classic DOCs of the Asti and Alba areas. The Fratelli Casseta winery is located in the North-west of Italy in the Piemonte region. The estates 40 ha are set in a magic paradise of hills with strong soil and a dry climate. The Casetta family has been there since 1725, and wine-making is a family tradition. La Merlina is the name of the farm on Fausto Gemme's 15 hectares estate in the heart of the Gavi production area. Low yields and careful production techniques involving very soft pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation give Gavi di Gavi La Merlina its fine floral bouquet and ripe, fruity palate (12 x 75 cl)
