Deep garnet red (in color) . The nose is rich with ripe cherry, cassis, tobacco, and a touch of licorice. Good concentration on the palate, with ripe, round tannins, excellent balance, and a long finish. Serve at 13º a 15ºC. Pairs well with most meats, especially grilled or served with a flavorful sauce, as well as spicy dishes. Vinification: Winery: Viña Sutil, Colchagua Valley. Fermentation: At 30ºC max. in stainless steel tanks for 6 to 8 days Maceration: Prefermentación 48 a 72 horas. Malolactic fermentation: complete with native stumps Pump over: 1/2 tank 2 or 3 times a day Storing: 8 to 12 month in barrels and 4 to 6 in the bottle
