Brushwood Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon South Australia from Australia, South Eastern Australia by Brushwood Soft & Supple Reds (12 x 75 cl)

Pale straw in colour with tinges of light green and brilliant clarity, the Stamp Semillon Chardonnay displays intense aromas of citrus blossom, melon, pear and peach with some spicy characters. The palate is medium bodied with rich flavours of citrus, melon and sweet spice, complexed with soft oak. This wine has an elegant mouthfeel, with a lovely lingering finish. Stamp of Australia continues the tradition of fine winemaking that Hardys have become recognised for throughout the world. The Stamp range is identified by the original Australian postage stamp, dating back to 1937, which is featured on all Stamp of Australia wines. (12 x 75 cl)

Fruit for this wine was carefully harvested in the cool of the night, so as to retain maximum varietal freshness of character. After crushing, the juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks where it was inoculated with selected yeast strains, which initiated a warm fermentation between 14-18 degrees Celsius. A light oak influence has added another dimension to this full flavoured wine.
