ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Its colour is deep straw-yellow reflected with gold and green. It is characterised by its elegant bouquet of acacia flowers and grapefruit accompanied by a vegetal background with sweet undertones of freshly cut green pepper. It completely coats the palate, it is silky with a good body. The balance between sapidity and freshness leads to a very long finish which develop into warm, almondy undertones. (6 x 75 cl)
