Colour: light straw yellow. Bouquet: musky with a delicately sweet and harmonious flavour. Flavour: sweet with a very fine and lasting froth. Vinification: gentle pressing of the grapes. Natural fermentation of the Moscato grapes is carried out in pressurised vats using the Charmat system.
