Greenish yellow in colour, Pinot Blanc grown in the Eppan area develops a distinctive though discreet aroma of ripe apple. By virtue of the altitude and sharp contrast between day and night time temperatures, even when the grapes are fully ripe with a high concentration of sugar this wine always displays a firm backbone of acidity to balance the opulent body. It is eminently enjoyable for social drinking and as an aperitif, though also makes an excellent food wine and goes well with a variety of fish dishes and lightly flavoured white meats. (6 x 75 cl)
Golden yellow in colour with an aroma reminiscent of fresh rose petals and nutmeg. Full-bodied on the palate with delicate spice on the finish. It makes an excellent aperitif and goes well with spicy first courses, fried fish, lobster, prawns and dishes based on white meat. (6 x 75 cl)
Straw yellow with greenish reflexes; a distinctive aroma of pear, apple and lemon typical of Pinot Gris; while on the palate it is generous and robust with flavours of fruit, vanilla and a hint of oak, held together by good acidity, finishing extremely long. (6 x 75 cl)
