Bernard Germain is the sixth generation of a wine-making family. His motto is 'tradition rhymes with exception'. Evidently, therefore, he has a great respect for the art and traditions of wine-making, and it is in this spirit that the wines of Germain and Associes are made.
This wine is a blend of Merlot 75% and Cabernet sauvignon 25% aged in the barrel for 6 months. A Very beautiful deep red coloured wine with a nose of red fruits, vanilla and leather. In the mouth there is an explosion of candied fruits through to the persistent finish.
