This blend of the native Sicilian Insolia with the prestigious Chardonnay produces a wine with a straw yellow colour, intense bouquet with distinctive fragrances of pineapple, peach and honey. From the most important native Sicilian grape variety, this wine has an intense ruby colour with elegant hints of berries, spices and liquorice on the bouquet and is full bodied with a velvety finish (12 x 75 cl)
The grapes are vinified in white. The must undergoes a slight cleaning by static settling. Beginning of fermentation is carried out by inoculation of selected yeasts at controlled temperature of 16-18º C. Then the product is cleaned and stocked in stainless steel tanks. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity wine of good structure with floral notes and hints of pear and apricot. (12 x 75 cl)
The rosé colour comes from the brief contact of the clear juice with the skins while the grapes are being pressed prior to fermentation. The skin contact is just long enough to give the wine its amber pink color. Then, the must is separated from the skins and vinified in white. A pleasant, balanced, harmonious and fruity wine of good structure with floral notes and hints of pear and apricot. (12 x 75 cl)
