Alfredo Prunotto Barbaresco BRIC TUROT Piedmont DOCG
Taste: Intense garnet colour with dark ruby reflexes. On the nose, deep and complex with hints of liquorice, forest fruits, violets, cinnamon and cloves. On the palate, full and well balaneced with a persisting finish of mature fruits. Due to its structure and characteristics, it is a perfect match for meat dishes and cheeses. Ideal serving temperature 17ºC. Vinification: The selected grapes were destemmed and pressed. Maceration lasted 12 days at a maximum temperature of 30 ºC. Malolactic fermentation was completed before the end of winter.Ageing lasted 12 months in 50 Hl oak barrels and a small quantity in second time used Barriques. Further 10 months of bottle ageing followed in the Prunotto cellars before shipping.Alcohol 13,50% volTotal Acidity 5.5 g/lDry Extract 30.00 g/l (6 x 75 cl)
