Cool fermentation in stainless steel. Perfumed nose with passion fruit and melon characters dominant. The palate is full-flavoured with citric and peach fruits combining in an easy drinking style. (12 x 75 cl)

Short oak ageing for the Merlot, but not for the Shiraz. Ripe, peppery fruit with hints of spice on the nose. A full palate with plum and blackberry characters integrated with light oak. (12 x 75 cl)

A complex wine that undergoes tank fermentation before a base wine that consists of vintage wine is added to give complexity and structure. Finally, it was freshened with Sauvignon Blanc before secondary fermentation. This has produced a wine showing a creamy mousse with a soft palate and refreshing finish. (12 x 75 cl)

Some oak ageing. Ripe plum and cherry fruit with subtle American oak on the nose and palate. An easy-drinking wine for immediate enjoyment. (12 x 75 cl)

This has become a trademark Australian blend, and it works very well, the Semillon gives grassy overtones, while the Chardonnay provides roundness and structure. (12 x 75 cl)

PALATE A rich fruit driven palate with lemongrass aromatics and herbal and tropical nuances. A slight sweetness is balanced with the wines natural acidity GROWN Grown at Bimbadgen's Myall Road vineyard at Yenda in the Riverina district the 100 acre vineyard comprises of high yielding grapes which were planted using state of the art laser levelling techniques and trellising design ensuring high quality yields suitable for mechanical harvesting. This Reserve Chardonnay comes from the original Chardonnay plantings on the Arrowfield Estate Vineyard in the Hunter Valley. It is intensely flavoured with aromas of melon and ripe stone fruit combined with toasty, spicy oak. The palate has exceptional fruit intensity supported by a long clean finish. (12 x 75 cl)
