Pinot Bianco, the most typical of the South Tyrolean grape varieties, is a welcome new addition to the prestigious Sanct Valentin range. Clear, straw yellow in colour with slightly green reflections. Intense, typically fruity aromas on the nose of ripe apples and pears combine perfectly with hints of melon and just a trace of vanilla, thanks to its time in oak. Concentrate and rich to taste, the Pinot Bianco Sanct Valentin is refreshing and lively despite the oak maturation. (6 x 75 cl)
