Today they tend some 21 hectares of vineyards, sited mainly around the village of Montecarotto, using wholly organic methods. A combination of low yields in the vineyards and meticulous vinification, results in wines of memorable intensity and power.
A premium example of this classic blend of the two main red varieties of central Italy - Sangiovese and Montepulciano, this wine ages 1 year in oak and 6 months in bottle.
Deep garnet ruby with intense berry fruit flavours and a savoury note similar to Pinot Noir, this is a well-balanced, full-bodied red.

This 100% Verdicchio is grown in piedmont at350/550 metres above sea level in the communes of Cupramontana, Monteroberto, Castelbellino, Staffolo and Apiro . The grapes are harvested by hand then undertake soft pressing, cleaning of the must and vinification in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A bright straw yellow coloured wine with greenish reflections, crystalline, and good consistency, the bouquet has scents of fresh fruit including green apple, grapefruit, kiwi, delicate and elegant floral expressions of acacia, broom and mimosa and vegetal notes of celery and sage.
