After low temperature fermentation, the Colombard grape is blended with rich, ripe Chardonnay to give a complex, full flavoured wine. A portion of the Colombard and all of the Chardonnay has been oak matured to provide further dimensions of character. The distinctive tropical, fruit aromas of the Colombard combine well with the honeyed Chardonnay fruit and oak flavours to produce a full, balanced wine with a pleasing length and finish. (12 x 75 cl)
