This 2006 vintage is characterised by an excellent equilibrium between structure of acids and sugars. the golden colour has brilliant amber reflections. The bouquet is full with scents of ripe apricots and Mediterranean underbush. There are notes of candied citrus fruits and honey. There is a delicate mineral touch in the finish with shadings that recall flint. The wine is complex, pleasant and elegant. (6 x 75 cl)

This dessert wine is partly made from dried grapes. The result is a complex and elegant wine with a raisiny nose, apricots on the palate and a lingering finish (12 x 50 cl)
