With the exception of the family vineyards on top of the Avenue de Champagne in Epernay, all the other grapes come from other growers, mainly in Premier Cru villages such as Chigny les Roses and Villedommange. Classic from the Besserat de Bellefon House. Bright yellow in colour with a fine, persistent perlage. The Chardonnay grape dominates on the nose with floral notes particularly of roses. Fine and elegant with good acidity that develop a pronounced freshness character. Well structured with excellent balance. On the palate, the Pinot grapes dominate with powerful notes of strawberries and honey that lead to a fine, long and full finish. (6 x 75 cl)
