Harbest takes place from the second week in September. Traditional wine making, fermented at 28ºC followed by a maceration for 15 days, the wine then ages for 9 months in American oak casks, completing its ageing in bottle for at least a further 12 months. Ruby red colour of medium intensity with violet tones, clean and bright. Medium intensity, complex aromas of ripe fruit and spices. The palate is smooth, full tasting and harmonic from the tannins in the oak, with a pleasing complexity that lingers on.
