This results are evident in the stunning complexity, concentration and purity of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines. A Chardonnay with vibrant aromas of apple, crystallized lemon peel and spice. Full of intense mineral and tropical fruit flavours with great acid balance and a long finish.
