Grand Cru made from Chardonnay it is barrel-aged 18 months and the result is a very attractive brigh gold colour, with green tints. The first nose is closed; with aeration it reveals all of its finesse and complexity. One finds notes of fresh honey and chestnuts, evolving into more floral notes. All the smells marvelously reflect the terroir of the hill of Corten. The mouth is sumptuous, long lasting and rangy, concentrated while the aromas of honey and chestnut are again very evident. A length almost without end, with a fine mineral finish it is harmonious and complete. (12 x 75 cl)
100% Pinot Noir and aged 16 months this grand cru has a splendid deep ruby robe, with a good sheen and a bluish hue. The powerful nose is really complex whilst maintaining its freshness. One finds spices, particularly those with menthol overtones, and of cources the classic black and red fruits, here joined by a touch of minerality. Sublime; magnificent intensity on the palate it is balanced showing aromas both fruity and balsamic while one can also detect a touch of smokiness of great delicacy. The finish is almost without end, and is both refreshing and savory. (12 x 75 cl)
Aged 16 months in 60% new oak barrels this Pinot Noir Grand Cru is a really attractive ruby colour of medium intensity with real brilliance. The nose is truly charming, slightly vanilla at first, then moving towards aromas of fresh raspberries of great purity, then notes of musk and soft spices.
