A remarkably complex champagne because of the combination of aromas that the Chardonnay and Pinot noir grapes deliver after years of maturing in cellars.The aroma is a mixture of dried fruit, hazelnut, almost sugar-coated almonds combined with dried figs. The wine's subtlety is enhanced by notes of lemon, and apricot. This feast of aromas dwells wonderfully in the mouth. The final, still fresh, note, enhanced by a slightly acidic top note, produces a highly vigorous wine. (24 x 20 cl)

Produced only when the harvest is exceptional, Brut Vintage is created from an exclusive selection of Pommery's seven finest crus. First, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are blended together in equal proportions. This fine champagne is then aged for at least four years in the Pommery cellars. Finesse and elegance of the crus, with a full, rich flavour is acquired through ageing to produce a mature vintage Champagne, bursting with biscuit, fig, walnut and coffee tones on a fresh, lively structure.
